1. CCTV Survey: First, we send a camera down your drain to get a clear picture of the damage and confirm if relining is the best method.
2. Drain Cleaning: We thoroughly clean the pipe using high-pressure water jetting to remove any blockages, debris, or roots. This creates a clean surface for the liner to bond to.
3. Liner Preparation: We measure and cut a felt liner to the exact length and diameter of the damaged section. Then, we saturate it with a special, strong epoxy resin.
4. Liner Installation: We carefully push or pull the resin-soaked liner into position within the damaged pipe, usually through an existing access point like a manhole.
5. Inflation & Curing: We then inflate a special bladder inside the liner, pressing it firmly against the walls of the old pipe. The resin then hardens and cures, either naturally over a few hours or with heat/steam to speed things up.
